Dewy Flowers

Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and completed my postgraduate training in Spiritual Psychotherapy at the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training in Toronto, Canada.  Certification in CBT for Mental Health and Psychological Disorders.

Practicing from a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach, helping individuals explore their strengths and accessing their own innate wisdom. My techniques are based on a belief that every person holds the unique potential to discover and develop their individual inner resources and strengths. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a successful plan that is tailored to each individual's needs.  Providing a supported and structured treatment experience that allows clients to make meaningful changes that help sustain long-term recoveries.

We are spirit, soul, and body, all three demand our attention, and if one of them becomes imbalanced, there can be an issue in all three areas. This wellness approach to therapy involves the integration of mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of living life more fully.

My priority is to create a safe environment where you can express your struggles and fears without worrying about judgment.

Our time together will provide you with a confidential, safe, and collaborative space within which you may explore your life challenges, the changes you may wish to make, leading you towards personal growth and wholeness.

I value a non-judgemental, compassionate, and transparent therapeutic relationship that will provide a safe space for you. Guiding Teens and adults in mind-body-soul therapy. I specialize in working with individual clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family and work stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and spirituality.

As your therapist, I am here to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment where you will feel comfortable to share your experiences. I believe that therapy is not only about addressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also helping you uncover strengths and learn new skills to deal with the challenges that arise in life.

"Not till we are lost, do we begin to find ourselves!" - Thoreau.
