From Claudine:

I practice from a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach, helping individuals explore their strengths and accessing their own innate wisdom. My techniques are based on a belief that every person holds the unique potential to discover and develop their individual inner resources and strengths. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a successful plan that is tailored to each individual's needs.

Modern science is now confirming that all problems, whether physical or emotional, are considered within the larger network of an individual’s life. This wellness approach to therapy involves the integration of mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of living life more fully. I incorporate the mind, body, and spirit in my treatment plan for clients.

My priority is to create a safe environment where you can express your struggles and fears without worrying about judgment.

Our time together will provide you with a confidential, safe, and collaborative space within which you may explore your life challenges, the changes you may wish to make, leading you towards personal growth and wholeness.

I value a non-judgemental, compassionate, and transparent therapeutic relationship that will provide a safe space for you. The focus of my work is with individuals (adults 18+) I specialize in working with individual clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family and work stress, difficulties with assertiveness, grief and loss, chronic pain, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and spirituality.

As your therapist, I am here to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment where you will feel comfortable to share your experiences. I believe that therapy is not only about addressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also helping you uncover strengths and learn new skills to deal with the challenges that arise in life.
